Recently worked with Mike on selling our home but have known Mike for the better part of a decade. In that time we have counted ourselves lucky to be able call him our friend. So when it came to selling our home it was a no brainer to enlist Mikes services for the sell. Mike made the selling process as painless as it could be, always there holding our hands every step of the way. He helped us price the home perfectly and after one open house it was sold for nearly asking price. Barely a week on the market. No one wants to go through a home selling/buying purchase when it comes to the open houses, lenders, multiple lookie Lou’s, low ballers etc but this time around I can say that Mike made the process enjoyable and super easy. I can't say enough positive things about working with Susan as our real estate agent! From start to finish, she was always available and incredibly responsive. Unlike many agents who just leave a lockbox for showings, Susan was personally present at every showing, and if she wasn’t available, her assistant was right there to help. She went above and beyond by staging our home beautifully and taking stunning photos that truly highlighted its best features. We had a few bumps in the road, but Susan was always there to talk us off the ledge. Living in New York and selling a property in Florida was stressful for us, but Susan's guidance and support helped ease our worries. Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail.
