He absolutely does not pressure you. He actually will tell you that the apartment is priced too high and it is not worth it. He gives you a very honest opinion. We looked at so many places over the past 4 years and Micheal would actually go for us and FaceTime us since we were not located in Florida. He goes way out of his way to help you. You don’t find that in many people. He also does the research for you on the condo’s financials to see if there is enough reserves or any special assessments.
