Alex sold my mother a home back in 1996. I reached out to him because over the past 25 years he has sent her a holiday card in the mail every single year. Met Mr. Lee in the Re/Max office when he brought me the first tenant in 2012. Worked with him at that time and found Steve is quiet and usually doesn't bother you if it is not necessary. Due to the high house vacant rate in 2016, my Re/Max agent and I couldn't sell the property. With the agreement with my agent at that time, we asked Steve to take my property over and manage it. Steve did three things for me: 1. Based on the market, Steve increased my monthly rental, and found tenants. 2. Based on the market, Steve increased the price of the property, and sold it. 3. Tenants mentioned to me that Steve is very responsive. With Steve's CONSTRUCTION background (very impressive), he knows (1) the product/house and (2) house market very well. And, Steve did good job. This is my honest opinion about Mr. Steve Lee.

Steve did a great job selling my property. He knew the market very well. He was proactive through the whole process. He followed up on all the details. During the closing process, I was happy to know that he checked all the information to make sure it was right. Steve is going to sell another property for me in October. I highly recommend Steve. I purchased, rented, and sold many properties. Steve managed my candlemaker's property 6 years and during this time several tenants rented my property. I always depended on his suggestion and service. Overall, my evaluation is- Steve is a honest, reliable and hard working realtor. Any one get him as a realtor -doubtless to say that he or she will be a lucky client.
