You will not find a guy so willing to help as Mike. He did so much more than I expected, which made things much easier on us. He follows up and keeps you in the loop. He is very knowledgeable and uses that knowledge to advise and ensure things are lined up accordingly. He gets things done quickly and efficiently. You will not find a better Realtor. The project manager was way behind and with Mike's persuasion, more contractors were put on the job, and we closed on schedule.
