Hi, I have known Paul since I was 3 years old when he sold my parents our house in Orlando. He was a neighbor for years and a pillar in the local community. He was always at local high school soccer games, volunteering or donating to causes. That being said he was the clear choice for a realtor. However, he far surpassed any expectations I could have imagined. Paul started off by taking a holistic approach from a financial perspective and explained how this investment works. He then set up an entire day together to view homes. Once I found the right place to call home he got it at the price I wanted in an extremely competitive market. He set clear, black and white expectations about where his job starts and ends as well as where his colleagues jobs started and ended. He set everything up from the conversation with the mortgage Broker, insurance agent, to the closing and it was seamless! In what would typically be a lot of work, he made it so simple. Once the closing was complete he continued to be a resource through a renovation and lended his truck to move furniture. To say he exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I am so grateful Paul was my realtor and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.

Being in the real estate industry for 30 years being a Certified Home Inspector, I know the good from the (fair) realtors across the spectrum of the real estate market. Gail is the realtor who really cares and protects the client from the beginning to the end of the sale. She provided us with guidance at the beginning on what we should do to the property to get top dollar, to the end of the sale. Not only did she price the property $20,000 more than what we thought, she sold our house in 1 day, with 2 back up contracts. And also getting $10,000 more than the contract was listed for. She guided us on which was the best contract, and closed 20 days later. She always available for phone calls / texts and questions regarding closing statements. I would never buy or sell a property without the guidance of Gail, she has the Pulse of the real estate market in the Central Fla area. Gail was a breath of fresh air for our family! We dealt with other agents who were unreliable and left a bad impression of Florida real estate in our minds . Gail knew we were only down in Florida for a short time and asked plenty of questions to make sure she had the right houses set up for us to see. She of course found the perfect house for our family and got us a great deal. She kept us in the loop during every aspect and checked in regularly to keep us at ease being we lived in New Jersey. She Even gave us plenty of details on the area of Oviedo to get us settled easier. We are 2 weeks into being in our new home and still she has checked in to see how we are and if we need anything.
