Avi is a wonderful person to work with. He is very thorough and professional, and it is his priority to get the best for his clients. He kept in touch without being pushy, and was proactive about introducing us to potential buyers. He was also very kind to us, as the sale was taking place immediately after the death of our father. Ultimately we sold off market to an investor, who came through very, very quickly with an acceptable offer. Even though we did not sell through Avi, I would work with him again, and recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Avner knew the market which got me a very very good price for my unit. Although I thought it was high, we had 3 offers above asking price within the first week or two. Also, Avner's commission fee structure is far lower than most, especially in light of the well known name/rep for ReMax .
