Rosie is the most professional, knowledgeable person I have ever met in the real estate industry. She walked me through the process from beginning to end. For a full year I looked at houses and made a few offers and everything fell through; hence, I got discouraged and completely gave up. In that year Rosie was incredibly responsive and always returned my messages within minutes. She is the the ultimate professional and dresses the part as well.After I completely gave up looking for houses, Rosie came to me a couple weeks later with a house she thought I would like, as it turns out it was the perfect house for me. We closed on the house two weeks ahead of schedule and Rosie got me a $6,200 credit from the seller.I couldn't be happier with my experience with Rosie I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell hey home. I believe she is the best of the best.

The Best Realtor Ever!! Rosie Lewin is the most, patient, attentive, knowledgeable and dedicated realtor I have ever worked with. She was so good as the buyer side realtor on our recently purchased home that we used her as the selling realtor for our previous home. As our buyer side realtor, she was available 24/7 and would answer you with a clear succinct and informative answer whenever a question was asked. She was patient with us (even answering late night texts from us nervous buyers) and showed us probably 10-12 properties in a 2 week span before we found our dream home. OR at least what we thought was our dream home as it quickly deteriorated into a year-long nightmare for the short sale. We had no idea what we were getting into with this short sale and Rosie hadn't been involved in any prior to us, but she was very good at getting the answers that we needed and also getting us a very good title company to handle the dirty details for the short sale. She was also very cooperative and communicative with the previous seller's' realtor as they had pretty much abandoned the property and only the realtor was the main contact; but through her dogged determination, Rosie was able to keep things on track to help us provide the bank with whatever documentation we needed to provide to make the process go as smoothly as possible which ws instrumental in us completing the buy. It took a year, but Rosie was there with us every step of the way. So much so, that it was a no-brainer for us to utilize her to sell our property once we finally purchased. We sold in LITERALLY 2 days and for a very significant amount over asking. She got it done and got us exactly what we wanted and more. We worked with Rosie for over a year and we consider her a part of the family now and will continue to keep in touch and refer anyone we know to use Rosie as their go-to realtor.
