I had so many realtors call me and they were all overbearing. When Gloria called me I said please give me sometime and I will call you back. She was patient and did not call me every day but once a week. I loved that she listened to me. I used her and she dealt with my craziness of this house or that house! She helped me understand the process of buying a home and all that goes along with the process. I love her personality and the fact that she was looking out for me! Rosie is the most professional (through my experiences, that word is quickly becoming obsolete) real estate agent that you would want to meet. She sold my Father’s condo in August. That was due to his passing. She was so kind, and compassionate. If I wanted, I could have reached her 24/7, and she would welcome the call. She is aware of every property that is on the market. She is very ambitious, and a real go getter. I would love to get her a tattoo that says, “CLOSED”. That is because she is ALWAYS closing a property, whether it be for the buyer or seller. She also has the patience of a saint. Whenever there was paperwork that needed to be filled out, there were many times that I did not understand. She was so patient with me, explaining everything. I also knew that she was so sincere, and that she wasn’t, in the least bit, annoyed with all of my questions. What else can I say about Rosie that I already have not? I’m sure plenty that escapes me for the moment. Rosie turned a very sad time for me into a better experience than I would ever have imagined. She is now part of my life.
