Amazing experience as a first time home buyer!

Melissa is so wonderful! She met us with our crazy schedules to look at any houses we wanted and then helped us find our home! She is a delight to work with and very positive with the whole experience of buying our first home! We are so grateful for her and her expertise! She even left us house warming gift the day we closed!

First-time buyers here. Pam was wonderful! She was super patient with us throughout the process. She helped us navigate the pre-approval process, gave us personal recommendations for listings to go see, and provided insight on market conditions and tips on making strategic offers, and ultimately helped us land our dream home. We absolutely could not have done it without her help. We didn't know what to expect when we started this process, but we're thankful we found Pam. :)

Melissa Britt was fantastic in helping me sell...

Melissa Britt was fantastic in helping me sell my townhouse. Her knowledge of the area and market trends are extensive. She is professional, kind, easy to talk to and answered every question (regardless of how silly) in a timely fashion regardless of the day or time. She listed my townhouse on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon there were three offers. We were under contract in a few days and closed less than a month. And, I'm happy to say that my townhouse was sold at Above Asking price. I will definitely recommend Melissa and have her on speed dial for future reference. Thank you Melissa. You ROCK!!!!
