Ray and Rita are outstanding. I cannot say enough about them! Their knowledge is so extensive they could write an encyclopedia. Everything we needed they the answer, knew somebody who would, or researched it extensively and got back to us quickly with a useful answer. Every time we found a new property on the internet and emailed it to them, they would research it and we'd go see it the next day. We sought a property that allowed horses and they would research the county rules on this. They know how to get answers for EVERYTHING, whether it's septic regulations, radon mitigation, surveying, well testing, schools, and price negotiation! They are very easy going, and riding with them to the houses on our list was an absolute delight. We shared stories and chatted in a very friendly warm atmosphere. They are very honest with their opinions and know when to ask if you want to have them shared. In other words they let us look through the property, they followed our lead, and then are outstanding about knowing when and how to give their opinion on the place. We cannot recommend them enough! If you want a team of ultimate experts in their field, they will amaze and delight you!
