Julie is for sure your girl if you want a negative attitude, zero communication and unprofessionalism. We had an absolutely awful experience with her. We wanted out of our contract and she would not release us. She literally laughed in our face when we said it wasn’t working out. We were ignored, spoken down to and generally disregarded. I wouldn’t recommend.

Our family was relocating to the Twin Cities from California and we were looking for someone to assist and guide us through the local real estate market and its intricacies. We certainly found that with Ray & Rita. With us starting from scratch, Ray & Rita helped us zero in on specific towns and neighborhoods and during a house hunting visit brought us to properties that were right within our parameters. So good in fact we ended up purchasing the second home we were shown that day! Ray was also a great help during the negotiations and went above and beyond on some on the ground administrative items he facilitated for us when we were still in California. I worked with Ray and Rita to buy a house in Minneapolis . I had to do this while living 2 hrs away and they made the whole process very smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to accomodate our scheduling issues and even watched our kids when we were touring the houses. They were very knowledgeable about the local market and pricing and very thourough with followup. i would recommend their services very strongly to anybody considering them .
