I have worked with Cora on both ends of real estate sales and purchases over the past 15 years. Cora is a get it done type of agent who is able to make things happen when some others can’t or won’t. When you feel a need to talk to her, she almost always answers her phone immediately except when something precludes that then you can anticipate a quick call back. She never leaves you hanging. Krag did an excellent job of selling our cabin with 100 acres of hunting land. He was very personable and prompt with his visits and in responding to any questions and concerns we had about the selling process. Krag was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the 1031 land exchange set up for us. He had a professional photographer take pictures of the cabin/land and a drone was also used for aerial YouTube footage. The property sold for more than asking price in just a couple of days. Highly recommend Krag Blomberg as a realtor.
