I have worked with Cora on both ends of real estate sales and purchases over the past 15 years. Cora is a get it done type of agent who is able to make things happen when some others can’t or won’t. When you feel a need to talk to her, she almost always answers her phone immediately except when something precludes that then you can anticipate a quick call back. She never leaves you hanging. Buying and selling real property is often an emotional experience and Cora does everything possible to ease her clients mind. I have unfortunately never had the opportunity to actually sit in Coras office to conduct sales or purchases as I have always been in a different state during the process so it has been vitally important to be able to rely on my local representative and with Cora I have always had total faith in her as that person. I feel that purchasing a home should be a fun, satisfying experience and Cora has always made this possible for me. With my most recent buying experience I was 1500 miles away through the entire process and with Coras help the whole thing went like clockwork.
