Joe met with us, and from the first meeting we knew he was the right realtor to sell our house. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process and was very positive. He helped us prepare to show our house and gave us help with recommending a painter. He kept us informed during the sale process so we felt we knew how things were going.
