In a few words — Dan walks the walk and talks the talk! He actually LISTENED to our needs and desires, made thoughtful suggestions, gave us a realistic picture of what to expect, kept our sale on a solid timeline and made every appointment with us his priority. It shows I have over 1700 characters remaining but I think that says everything! OH — one more thing … our house was on the market for less than 48 hours, we had multiple offers and we closed sooner than expected!
