Selling a home, especially one that you built and lived in for 37 years, can be a very emotional and complicated experience. Dan and his team were incredible in everything they did to help us handle both the emotional and paper work side of everything involved with both the purchase of our new residence and the sale of our old house. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of both buying and selling a home. They gave us advice on staging our home for the showings and had several showings set up the same day our house went on the market. We sold our house within one day.
