Change happens. Sometimes it is planned, sometimes it is unexpected. It can be gradual or instantaneous. It can be challenging. It can be rewarding too. Let me share my change story with you. In 2014, I was comfortably settled into life and career in Pennsylvania when I received a call from a recruiter about a new position in North Carolina. In less than two months, I had changed companies and moved to Hendersonville. My family followed a year later which had given me time to explore different communities, neighborhoods and schools for my kids and to decide on a more specific area on which to concentrate for the purchase of a home. We all settled into our new surroundings, schools and jobs. But four years later, we were faced with another change. My position, the one that had brought us to North Carolina, had suddenly and without warning been abolished. I was faced with the decision of what to do. Staying in the same industry almost certainly require a move to a new location. Everyone loved being in the mountains of North Carolina so I decided to make a change in careers so that we could stay put. I was encouraged by a friend who had retired from a career in real estate as well as my family to get my NC license and so I went back to school. After passing my licensing program as well as the state and national exams, I joined RE/MAX RESULTS in Hendersonville. What I love most about my career in real estate are the relationships with clients. It’s more than just buying or selling a property; it’s about the people who are making changes. Some are beginning a new adventure and will be taking memories with them while others will be taking the next step to create new memories within those four walls. It makes me smile to know that I get to be a small part of that change. Chalise recently helped us sell our house in the Buford, GA area. She helped us throughout the entire process; pre-listing / staging / listing / showing / selling and closing! She is extremely professional, very detail oriented and very focused on schedules!! She made sure everything was completed on time and gave us reminders on any upcoming deadlines! She made sure that we received the highest achievable sales price within the market and created a buyers bidding war type of environment! The listing package (video + pictures) she put together are extremely professional and super high quality!! She listed our house and we had 3x full to above full asking price offers on the 2nd day!! Catherine was with us every step of the way

Catherine was with us every step of the way. She was always available when we needed her and worked hard to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. She had a way of easing our biggest concerns and keeping us focused on what was most important to us. From selling our home to helping us find a new one, I am very impressed with her level of professionalism and knowledge of real estate. I would definitely choose her again. Charlise, it's amazing!!!! An amazing is an...

Charlise, it's amazing!!!! An amazing is an understatement for her heart!! I called her about a property which was a little higher than my budget.I told her I have my eyes on a property, new construction (and I don't believe they will come down on price) but it's $9000.00 more than what I have been approved of.She said," I am the girl for the job!!!" I will take care of it.And low & behold me she called me the next day & had us approved for the other $9000.00. And she said I will have them finish that house,so you & your family will have Christmas there.And she made it happen!!! She goes above & beyond to help her clients. I had a 15 hour surgery,they were patient with me she kept working on this & was texting my husband & I to check on me.Also our 3 year old has leukemia (blood cancer) she still texts up to check in with us & she how are family is.We absolutely love Charlise!!!! If your looking for the right real estate agent to assist you in buying a home....she is definitely your girl!!! Has a BIG heart!!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience...

I could not have asked for a better experience worth an agent. Catherine was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but she was always in my corner throughout the entire home buying process and fought for things for me that I would have never thought to do. She helped my husband and I to get the home of our dreams when we didn't think that it would be possible. She went far above and beyond what I would have ever expected and cannot thank her enough for all of her help and support. I would recommend everyone to work with Catherine! Her 30 years of experience clearly showed through and made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I will never be able to thank her enough.
