Charlise, it's amazing!!!! An amazing is an understatement for her heart!! I called her about a property which was a little higher than my budget.I told her I have my eyes on a property, new construction (and I don't believe they will come down on price) but it's $9000.00 more than what I have been approved of.She said," I am the girl for the job!!!" I will take care of it.And low & behold me she called me the next day & had us approved for the other $9000.00.
