Wendy helped us sell my father's house and my in-laws house. The houses were priced well and we were able to get the asking price within a few days and got the money to keep ahead of our parents financial and care needs. I do repair/remodel and maintenance on houses, Wendy's perspective on what repairs and what renovations would help us have the most competitive listing was great. She had her research done and had the information either on hand or found shortly after to be able to answer all our questions, and was able to very clearly show why her professional opinions were based on solid reasoning and market data. Probably the thing that stood out the most would be that, as someone in a somewhat adjacent field especially, she didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what I needed to know to make the best informed decisions even if it ran contrary to my first impressions.

Peggy was such a joy to work with! My fiancé and I started our home buying and selling journey about 9 months ago. Peggy was great at navigating us through the entire sales process. Because of her direction and experience, we had multiple offers the first day that the house was listed and we received more for the house than we had expected. We had some challenges during the process including a tough closing due to multiple issues. Peggy jumped in and solved each problem quickly which would not have been the case with a less experienced or less diplomatic agent. Peggy is not a top agent for nothing.
