Five stars are not enough to show what an awesome job Victoria did. My mother passed away recently - leaving thirty years worth of personal belongings in her house. I live out of state and couldn't be present to take care of anything - much less everything that was needed. Victoria and her team took care of EVERYTHING. She found someone to pack and empty the house, some one to paint, to repair, to clean , to stage. She worked tirelessly over the course of two months to get the house ready. Multiple visits to the house for repairs and repairmen. Hours on the phone. I have never seen a real estate agent work so hard, so consistently. Her advice was excellent. Even though we put the house on the market in Florida in a retirement community in September, she suggested I stage it. She thought it would sell within weeks if I did so. She priced it at the high(est) end of the market - and she was correct about every single thing. The house sold within the first week for the asking price. I have worked with more than a dozen realtors in my life. Victoria's service and knowledge and dedication to the client far surpasses all the other agents together.
