Jennifer did an outstanding job. After having my house listed for 8 months with a different broker, and having multiple contracts fall through Jennifer came to the rescue. She helped me assess what we needed to change in order for the house to sell fast. Communicating with her was always easy as she would reply to my messages and calls quickly. Carla is a go getter! If she promises something, she will deliver! I initially was looking to rent a home, but with her guidance and expertise, I ended up purchasing my first home and my mortgage is less than my rent world have been (one of the promises she made). I highly reccommend her for anyone to work with. Since I had never gone through this process before, I had a million questions. I was also very specific in the area I wanted to live in. I had found quite a few homes on my own that I had asked her to check out as well. No matter what time I called her or what my questions were, she had a very quick response time and a lot of patience! I feel 100% confident that we made the right decision and found the perfect house for my family and I. Buying and selling a home can be a little overwhelming, but the process was so much easier with the professional guidance of Michael Markus. Mike helped us find our new construction home in Riverview, and helped answer questions we had about the area and guided us through the process. Additionally, we listed our old house with him. I’ll admit, I was a bit scared about this part, as it was my first time selling a house. However, we followed his advice on what issues we needed to address and listed near his recommend price. The house went under contract within days and we got the price we wanted. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome!
