Amazing Realtor!

We had multiple transactions that Claire professionally walked us through. We sold our house for top dollar using her expertise, we purchased land with her help, she found us a builder that is a joy to work with, she sold land for us after we changed our mind on the lot, and then negotiated our dream lot to a price we were comfortable paying. Claire was always patient and understanding when we were being indecisive. She listened to our wants and steered in the direction we needed to go but were scared to go (building). She was always so kind when we had our kids tagging along with us. She would provide her professional opinion on all properties, pointing out things we weren't thinking of. She kept our whole family in mind during all the time she worked with us and we couldn't be happier!! We made money with each sale and our now building our dream home because of her guidance! I'm so thankful we navigated this real-estate market with Claire.

Best Realtor Ever !

From the first phone call to Claire to start searching from houses to the closing and everything in between, she was the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with on purchasing our new home. She went above and beyond. She is so knowledgeable about the area and was there for us during the entire process. Her attention to detail and her commitment to her clients is second to none. I highly recommend her.

Only good things to say!

Claire is a consummate professional. She stayed in constant contact with updates. We were out-of-state at the time and she handled everything from coordinating contractors to making sure the open house was a big success. I would highly recommend her for her knowledge, energy and just being a nice person to work with.
