My fiance and I bought our first home together our closing day was today! Karen is awesome, fast, friendly, listens to what u want in a house, is honest, and she always delivers results. Our other Realtora in the past gave up on us and didn't listen to what we wanted in a house. Karen is down to earth, laughs, and she always makes you feel comfortable around her. We been looking for a house for 10 months now and karen has been our Realtor for 3 months we wish we would of found her sooner lol .Karen loves her work and you can see that! Wish I could give her 10 stars if I could she really deserves it because she is a hard worker and she always puts people and her work before her(which is why we love her as a Realtor). We highly recommend her to anyone!!!! She is awesome

Brenda was a huge help. We were seeking an investment property and within a very short time we found what we needed. At least 90% of the transaction was handled off site from New York. Thank you so much!

There are not enough words to describe the entire experience with Lisa. She has gone above and beyond to assist us with selling our home. Many bumps in the road along the way with the buyers purchasing our home but Lisa was able to help guide us through the entire process. Lisa was always there to answer our calls and questions. A great realtor!!!

Marijean is very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful in informing us about the pros and cons of various house inquiries including the house we bought. She is very professional in every aspect of the real estate business. Also, she was very quick to respond to our calls/texts, she is very personable and has a wonderful personality. She genuinely cares about her clients and I would highly recommend and use the Marijean in the future.

Brenda helped my family and me so much. She knew about all the communities that were near us that had what we wanted. She offered to pick us up from the airport because we were out of state buyers. She was on top of everything and made our buying process as easy as possible for us. She contacted us and kept us informed about everything. She literally saved our deal multiple times and was going in 5 different directions all at once when it seemed like we might not be able to move forward. She took her business as professional as possible while also being a really great friend. She is the only realtor we will use in the future.

Diane has over 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Tampa Bay market. Her extensive knowledge and negotiating skills are part of what makes her a top agent in Tampa. But, I truly believe it's her people skills and ethics that set her apart. She is very friendly and personable, a good communicator, available when her clients need her, and perhaps most importantly, an ethical and moral person. I would highly recommend Diane to my friends and family as both a buyer and/or seller's agent.
