Brenda assisted us in finding a home for months and was always flexible with our demanding schedule and willing to assist anyway she could. on many occasions we would give little or late notice and she made it work. I was really impressed that she would thoroughly explain options for us and really had intention to do what's best for customer regardless of her commission. Many times presented options that benefit us or sellers that may have reduced her commission. She really does care about her clients.

We had the pleasure of working with Mary Jo Nealen during the recent sale of our home. From the start, we knew that we were in good hands because Mary immediately displayed the traits of a seasoned real estate agent. Mary had the answer to every question we threw her way. After listing our home on the market, we were under contract in less that 24 hours. Day or night, Mary was always available at a moments notice throughout the sale of our home. Mary would even attend showings with buyer's agents to ensure they were aware of all the minor details about our home (items normally overlooked). Later in the contract, we unfortunately received a faulty appraisal. Using her years of experience, Mary painstakingly spent numerous hours of her own time drafting an appraisal appeal by using appropriate comps that were overlooked by the appraiser. As a result, the appraisal was re-evaluated, allowing us to close without delay. Mary was the best, most thorough and professional real estate agent we have ever worked with. And, we have worked with quite a few in both the UK and the US. We would NOT have made it to the closing table without her. I highly recommend Mary to anyone! You will NOT be disappointed!

No pressure selling and once we found the property we wanted, Bradley & Begona made sure the process was stress free being that we were not physically there until closing. They were literally our eyes and ears! Buying a home with these two was easier than purchasing a car.
