Whitney is simply the best. From day one, she took us under her wing ! We were kind of lost with the process of buying in Florida, she referred us to a great loan officer. She answered all our questions, guided us through making offers , but most importantly she listened to what we really wanted in a house. She found a new house in one weekend !!! Lisa took the time from the start to understand what we were looking for in a home and explain to us the nuances of home owning in our area. We were able to get down to the area twice early on in the process but once they understood our needs we handled most of the walk throughs virtually. They did great representing us during the negotiation process as well as through closing. We are very happy in our new home and would not hesitate to use them again.
