I grew up in a 100-year-old Victorian home in Atchison, KS, which gave me a great appreciation for architectural design. My real estate career started at a Title Company and later transitioned into the mortgage industry as a loan closer. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 12 years as a licensed Residential Appraiser. This background gives me a well-rounded approach to assessing value for both sellers and buyers. I am passionate about helping buyers and sellers and cultivating lifelong relationships with them. Outside of work, I enjoy home decorating, crafting, and spending time with my family.

Repeating Excellence through Experience
Shelli and Kylie were showing a home that we decided we were not interested in, however personality wise we clicked and asked them to be on the look out for one with our preference. As a buyers agent, they quickly identified a home we might like and negotiated and orchestrated our purchase. Six months later, we were accepted into a senior community and we asked Shelli & Kylie to sell the home we had just purchased. That sale also went smoothly and professionally. When negotiating these sums of money, it is important to trust the ones handling the negotiations, and that is Shelli and Kylie. Responsiveness, integrity, trust and communicative are just some of the words I think of regarding these two sales professionals. I have already referred them to family and friends for their home needs.

Amazing to work with!
Shelli was so great to work with. She listened to what we wanted and really took the time and effort to find houses that fit our wants and needs. She also went above and beyond finding out past history and any information that could affect our decision about the homes we looked at. She always made us feel super comfortable and we would recommend her to anyone.
