My husband and I recently had the incredible fortune of working with Kathleen, who made the overwhelming task of purchasing a new construction home from out of state almost too easy! From the moment we started our search to the day we closed on our beautiful home, Kathleen’s expertise, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help was there every step of the process. Her dedication to understanding our needs and preferences was amazing. She was always there to back us up and help us with whatever we needed and that means a lot to us. What truly set her apart from others is her responsiveness and commitment to keeping us informed. Being that we were out of state and couldn’t stop by the property on our own, she took the time to stop at our property just about every single week. She sent us TONS of videos and pictures of new progress on our home and always told us about upcoming progress. We felt like we weren’t missing much by not being there because she was so detailed with her updates. We had so many questions and some concerns about the process, and she was always just a phone call, text, or email away. She promptly addressed our questions, provided detailed explanations, and even corresponded with contractors and inspectors on our behalf and met with them at the house when we couldn’t be there. Stephanie is a wonderful person who will not disappoint as a realtor. She followed up on every detail making sure our best interest was covered and accounted for. She was even there at our closing to make sure everything went smoothly. Several things came up along the way which could have derailed the sale of our home, but she was always out front making sure they didn’t become big issues. Stephanie even gladly handled things for us which shouldn’t have been her issues just to make things easier for us. If you choose her you’ll be glad you did.
