•Jennifer done an excellent job for me. I could not be happier.! She was able to answer all my questions, she was able to communicate with the seller, the sellers agent and she was able to set up times for my showing quickly! She handled all the paperwork and dug in to make sure there were no “open permits” (which there was one open still) and that for me also. I was impressed with how easy and smooth smoothly everything went.! She was very knowledgeable and I could tell that she has done this many many times because everything was easy to her! 100% I do recommend using Jennifer if you’re in the area and you need an excellent realtor she is the one to call!
