She has helped several members of our family buy and sell homes My brother recommended her to me when we moved to Rochester. The market here was extremely challenging. We had to look at a ton of homes - far more than expected. She was very good about making sure we were able to see so many. She was excellent at assisting us in navigating the strange “delayed negotiation process” that Rochester has right now. The process of buying homes here is much different than in the state we came from. And she was able to make the very difficult process much easier to deal with. We were able to research on Zillow the homes we were interested in narrowing our search with and she was able to use that information to stream-line the process to make things work better You will be extremely happy if you hire her.

Amy worked with my family over the course of almost two years, helping us relocate from Austin to Rochester. She was patient throughout the entire process, and always made sure to keep us informed when a property that fit our criteria was about to hit the market. We moved in the middle of a pandemic and were not able to actually travel to NY to see the house in person before we bought it. We put a high degree of trust in Amy to guide us through the home virtually (numerous times) and get us under contract and she handled everything we threw at her. The Amy Petrone Team were fantastic throughout the entire process. My initial meeting gave me comfort in their professionalism, ability and experience. They had a great feel for the market overall, suggested/provided strong matches for initial pricing and helped me prioritize what needed to be done prior to the sale. A number of items required contractors to assist and they had strong referrals on the ready to contact. Marketing of the home was very proffessional and they utilized the latest technology to display online. As a result, we received multiple offers in just a day or two and the negotiations went very smooth. Overall communication and accessibility was excellent.
