Sharyn was asked to help sell an unique property that had 2 houses on it, both over 50 years. One was a single family home, the other was a house that was divided into 2 apartment units. Sharyn used her resources to help get the property cleaned up and ready for listing, including contractor recommendations for both interior and exterior work. She stayed in constant contact and kept us informed of everything that was going on and what type of reactions, both good and bad, the property was getting. My most recent experience with Sharyn was when she was the listing agent for my mother's home. Sharyn is very dependable, professional and knowledgeable. She is "on top her game". If you have any questions or concerns she gets back to you promptly even when she is out of town. She will give you her insights, but also listens to your suggestion and recommendations. Deciding on a realtor is probably the most important part of selling a house. There are so many to choose from that it gets overwhelming real fast. I kept going back to Gabriela’s website and finally made the decision to call her. I’m a shy person so I was really surprised how comfortable I was around her. She’s patient, caring, kind, professional, intelligent, hard-working, and responsive. We didn’t know much about selling a house and put our complete trust in her. Out of the 4 companies we hired (realtor, painters, flooring, cleaning), Gabriela was the only one who didn’t let us down. Her assistant, Livia, is outstanding. She was available to help anytime and quick to respond to text and email and always answered the phone. Okay, I don't even know where to begin expressing how grateful we are to Ms. Sharyn for helping us buy our new home. This purchase was a pretty quick turn around and Ms. Sharyn was very patient with our decisions as well as our indecisions. Working with her was a breeze because she knew and understood the neighborhoods, the housing market, and was very attentive to the things we were looking for in the purchase we wanted to make. She enjoys what she is doing and that's always important when you're working with someone helping you decide in what way you're going to realize your the home you're envisioning. For example, My family has a long standing tradition of only living in houses that had a certain number of stair steps (because feng shui), and Ms. Sharyn humored me with my silly request. Same for when I asked for fiber optic internet availability in our neighborhood because a nerd like me cannot survive or thrive with internet that has speeds less than 940 Mbps/880 Mbps (Nerds, you understand). The best thing about working with her is that she is very honest and transparent with her information and advice. When you make your decision, you know you're making it based on the best available and current information available. If she knows that the chances are not good about getting a house, she'll tell you and if you still want it, she will give you advice on making your chances better as far as getting your offer accepted. No sugarcoating at all -- this is actually why we picked working with her in the first place. The rest of her good qualities were just icing on the cake. So long story short, work with her. If you don't get a house at the end of your journey, you'll at least get bomb fashion inspo.

Gabriela's team exceeded my expectations! They embodied professionalism, honesty, integrity, respect, and their customer service is second to none! Gabriela's team helped sell my townhome, from the minute she arrived at my home she was nothing but honest, respectful, and sincere. She took her time to explain the marketing strategy, market analysis, strategic pricing, competition analysis, and the overall process. She even provided tips on space arrangement, declutter, and the use of natural light. We signed the sales contract, she made a couple of calls and we received an offer in less than a week!! This woman is very competent at what she does! Gabriela's team has built good relationships with a squad of honest contractors who were always a call away whenever the need arose. We faced some tough challenges along the way as some things needed to be fixed in the home and some paperwork needed to be straighten out. These challenges derailed the closing date a couple of times, it really tested my patience and stress levels. I was getting despaired as I could not see the end of it. However, Gabriela and her team were always there answering all my questions, providing advice, and most of all giving me the reassurance that everything was going to be ok. I was talking to her assistant (Livia) on a daily basis, sometimes it was 2 or 3 calls a day. She was always respectful, very courteous, honest, and reassuring. One of my last conversations with Gabriela; I told her that I was so grateful to have her team representing me, I don't think I'd have gotten the same level of service and dedication from anyone else! I recommend Gabriela and her team to anyone who wants and expects nothing but the best.
