Sharyn provided a great service in helping sell my home. Sharyn is very knowledgeable and was very prompt to responding to my questions/concerns! I could have not been more pleased with the process of getting my home on the market, open house and the negotiation of contracts! We were able to secure multiple offers in the matter of a few days! She was even able to get the buyer to delay the settlement until my new home was ready.! She also adds a personal touch! She took the time to get to know me and what I wanted/needed. Deb is legitimately the best agent I have ever worked with. This isn’t my first time purchasing a home, but there were still some things I was confused on; Deb was always there to answer any questions I had and she explained things in a way that was easy to understand and in a gracious and patient manner. I never once felt pressured or intimidated bc I knew I had Deb on my side and I knew she wasn’t going to let me down. I also have social anxiety, so talking on the phone can be a nightmare for me. Deb had absolutely no problem texting me instead of calling me and I never had an issue understanding what she was saying through text. She’s also not just a great agent, she’s a great person with a professionalism I personally have never seen in any agent prior to my time with her. If you want the best deal for your dream home, you would be foolish to not use Deb.
