Having bought and sold many different properties, we have experienced a variety of realtors, some better than others, but none ranked anywhere near Karl. Karl by far exceeded every previous realtor, without a doubt, and I would without a doubt use his services again, or refer him to anyone needing his services. He treated us like we were his only customer. He was available whenever we had a question and provided quick, concise answers. His efforts made this sale by far the easiest and quickest we've ever experienced and we were certain every step of the way that we were very well represented. We dealt directly with him every time, never through an assistant or an associate, which was very much appreciated (and hasn't always been our experience when dealing with realtors). I have known Rene for about 25 years. Over this period of time I have used him for 6 or 7 real estate transactions as either the buyer or seller. His many years of experience in this field has yielded him a vast amount of knowledge. He has worked hard for me and gotten me a good price when I was the seller and when I was the buyer. Recently I noticed that a condo that I was interested in had just dropped in price. I called Rene and we went to view the property. We both agreed that this would sell quickly so he quickly put in a buy offer and got acceptance the same day. He then guided me through all the steps up to and including the closing. It would be impossible to find a better realtor. Words cannot express Cathy’s talent but I’ll try. I think one of her best qualities, is her ability to match you to the inventory available. She knew my likes and needs and showed me a variety of homes that matched me. In this very difficult buyers market she was able to find me a home, help me make an offer that was accepted, find financing, find contractors for upgrades and all that within 6 weeks time! Talk about pulling rabbits out of hats! But honestly it wasn’t luck it was good ole-fashioned hard work, caring and expertise.

I have gone through 3 real estate transactions with Rene so far. He initially worked with my family to locate an amazing home for us upon our move from up north to Florida. He was very patient and spent whatever time was needed to get the job done correctly the first time. He was always very realistic in pricing and bids on properties and has always been right on the mark representing us as both buyer and as seller. He has a very close pulse on the area markets and kept us very well informed throughout the entire process. He is great at communicating to us about the many aspects of both buying and selling to make these transactions go as smoothly as possible. He is always thinking ahead of the process to head off any last minute issues that often come up and can easily foil a closing. And on top of all of that..... he is an amazing person, considerate, nice and very positive. I don't have the latitude or time to waste on these things, and Rene gets inspections and all the needed steps in coming to closing done accurately and quickly. I highly recommend him to both buyers and to sellers. Honestly, I would not consider using anyone else.
