I owned my sister's home in Valrico, but live out of state. When my sister died unexpectedly, I needed someone to help me through the process of readying the home for sale and selling it without me needing to be on site. I turned to Cathy, and things could not have gone more smoothly. She helped me to understand the local housing market and to come up with a sale strategy and a price (that was much greater than I was expecting). She also helped to identify inspection services, painters, cleaners, donation services, junk haulers, landscapers, roofers, etc. to get the home in shape to sell. We finished getting the home ready on a Saturday, held an open house the next day, and were under contract the day after that for a price above the asking price.
