She always answers the phone and you aren’t leaving messages and waiting for a response. Ellen makes you feel like family. Her professionalism and genuine caring for her buyers/sellers is a rare find. She follows up even after closing to ensure everything is going smoothly with your move. Selling my house from 625 miles away could have been a problem, but Ellen Brown had the market knowledge, communication skills and professional work ethic to accomplish the sale. There were many factors involved including needed repairs based on the house inspection. Ellen managed to line up contractors, oversee the work and, when necessary, pay the bills. Without her help I would have had to make several trips back and forth to accomplish what Ellen did for me. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Ellen Brown has teamed up with her daughter Melanie Hess and are absolutely AMAZING. They really knew the market, and took the time to help stage the house. The photos of the house were just amazing. There was so many showings and each and every one of them we received feedback. When the house went under contract the made sure that everything was taken care of. Not only did they sell ours but they spent so much time helping us find our new house. Melanie and Ellen are genuine in everything they do. By the time you are done with the buying or selling process you have 2 new members of your family. They answer phones, e mail quickly and efficiently. This isn't our first time having Ellen sell our house but this was our first time working with Melanie as well. Her enthusiasm is contagious.
