In October of 2017, we joined together to create, John Grim Team. On The Job and Friendly with no worries that things are being addressed!!
If your looking for real estate in the lower PA area.... Ellen Brown is the one! I'm a busy ready to retire engineer/land developer in MD and have little time to waste searching for our next home. So my wife and I decided to reach out to Ellen to lead our search to find our next home in the Gettysburg area and in no time we were looking at exactly the house we wanted. She took care of writing and closing the contract we desired and everything in between all while keeping in touch with us during the entire process. We got the home we wanted and our first new friend in Gettysburg Pennsylvania!!!! GREAT JOB ELLEN!!

Not only an amazing agent, but an amazing person and friend for life!
When we decided to sell our home, we contacted our agent that we had been using for years. Much to our dismay she had retired. She recommended Ellen and forwarded us her information and said that she would be contacting us soon. Ellen call right away. She had already done her homework on our home and came to meet us and get down to work! Ellen responds immediately to our call or texts. She is patient, full of knowledge and seems to always ready to go! Our home sold right away. The entire process was one of the easiest home sales that we have ever had.
