Excellence in Real Estate Professionalism
Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and responsive! Pat represented us as both buyers and sellers. She was extremely friendly helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. She was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during processes, she negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Very polite and very professional. She even took the time to explain to us page by page about some documents we received, which by the way it was on her spare time to answer all of our concerns about those documents. She responded on every email and text that we had questions and concerns and we got answers. The closings went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

A true professional
My experience with Pat was everything I could have asked for in a real estate agent. From my initial call to her, throughout the entire process to the closing, she was great at communicating all information promptly and thoroughly. Her follow up skills to keep things moving along were also superb. Pat asked me about my wants and needs, always making me feel that she was working for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a professional realtor

She was very easy to get along with and provided much information of what to expect. I highly recommend using her to handle whatever you may need regarding real estate in the Poconos.

Barbara was a joy to work with. The agent on the other side of the deal was somewhat difficult, but Barb kept us moving forward through a painless closing. I got what I wanted, and I'm very happy with the result. I will DEFINITELY be using her again in the future. She will take great care of you!

Very professional
Heather was professional, responsive and showed integrity through two sale agreement processes that each had challenges. I would recommend her services for homes sales in the Pocono area. We had a house there for years and it is difficult to find a strong realtor in that area who will get the job done properly.
