Welcome to The Poconos! We would like to introduce ourselves. Our names are Heather and Jeff Rickert. We have personally invested in real estate since 2000 and, as realtors®, we specialize in two distinct areas. One area of specialty is the Poconos of Pennsylvania, where we help buyers and sellers of investment properties and vacation homes. Our other area of expertise is the Souderton and North Penn School Districts, including Harleysville, Skippack, Lederach and the Borough of Souderton. Jeff and I have been a residents of Arrowhead Lake (Monroe County, PA) since 2001. We are natives of the Souderton and North Penn School District since 1993. Jeff has been an active member of the Harleysville Community Fire Co. since 1995 and has been the Deputy Emergency Operations Coordinator for Lower Salford Township from 2002 to 2014 as well as Fire Marshall of Lower Salford Township from 2006 to 2013. We have also kept busy by raising our 3 adopted children. We made our passion our profession! See you at the next bonfire!

Great experience working with Pat

Pat was extremely personable, thorough, informative and knowledgeable throughout the process of selling our house. She explained each step of the process very well, and we felt confident with the decision we made when we accepted the buyer's offer. Julie has twice, earned our trust, business, confidence and recommendations!

We have really enjoyed working with Julie. She really knows the Pocono area extremely well but more importantly, she understands her clients needs. We were looking for a very specific property. Her experience made us so confident that it was possible for us to find the perfect property in one full day of showings. Julie is always very responsive to my crazy and never ending questions . She also went out of her way to assisted me with other non property related situations. She makes herself available and keeps in touch. I have, several times, recommended her to our family and friends. Julie is knowledgeable, personal AND professional and such a valuable resource to us . She really LOVES what she does. Working with her through the process, beginning to end (twice) , was a wonderful experience. I am confident that no one could have helped us better!!!

Very helpful

I felt very comfortable with Pat as our realtor. She always responded when we had questions. This was a second home for us. She handled all of the things that we couldn’t be there for and checked the house often. It took a lot of stress off of us. She was very knowledgeable about what price we should ask and gave great advice to help us with a few decisions.
