Sheryl is a brilliant communicator, listener and seemed to have an incomparable knowledge of the market sharing that knowledge in a modest and very helpful manner, pointing out matters that would never have occurred to us. Sheryl obviously enjoys her occupation and appears not to think of it as work. She is a really hard worker, always available and labored to set us at ease in a very stressful activity. We have participated actively in the market in three states and have not found a better realtor. We consider ourselves fortunate to have her as a good and hopefully long term friend.
