Colin was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the housing market - where it was, where it might go in the future. Colin was also very knowledgeable about each house and how it would fit us, and also what needed to be done on each house and how it should be done by us, or current owner or if it even had to be done. He had an excellent knowledge about building, permits, coming up with ideas, etc. He instilled tons of confidence in us because of this knowledge which is by now for Colin second nature. Colin also seemed to know everything about the markets/neighborhoods he works with and actually seemed to be well informed certainly about most of New Jersey (but not in a No it all way, just very pleasant and nice). Colin was very responsive to our needs when searching for a house and made himself available on weekends, etc. He was on top of every transaction with all the things that needed to be done in a timely manner and made all the work of mortgages, closings, etc as painless as possible for us. He did the work!!! Obviously we would HIGHLY recommend this professional (Colin) for any and all your real estate needs and transactions. He’s a gem!
