This is my second property that I purchased using Amy Patterson. The first property was located in PA and the second in NJ. Both were difficult negotiations. She is very experienced and is knowledgeable of real estate rules and regulations in both states. Her interpersonal skills and professionalism makes for a very satisfactory outcome. Amy was the definition of a professional. She was very knowledgeable of what was going on with the market in our area and in-the-loop on new houses coming on the market. She acted with integrity and we always felt she had our best interest in mind when helping us both sell our home and buy our new home. Amy was also accountable and responded quickly and rationally to any questions and issues that arose, especially when it came to dealing with a difficult selling agent and seller.
