Angela Marchese recently represented us in the sale of our home. We met her when we originally had it listed FSBO and a set of buyers were using her to help them locate the perfect home. That sale ultimately failed, but Angela so impressed us with her genuine investment in the human side of things, and her deep competency and experience in real estate, that we decided to ask her to be our listing agent. I have bought and sold multiple properties over the past 30 years and lived all over the country and never worked with such a professional and knowledgeable agent. Angela is savvy and thorough. Not a stone was left unturned. Right down to her decision to skip an open house, show just over 3-days, and then work through the offers to decide on the right one. Angela also engaged a colleague and personally staged our home. Her advice and planning, no doubt, resulted in a 3 day sale and over-asking price for our home. Would we have sold our home without her? Certainly yes, but we sold it more quickly and painlessly than if we'd worked alone, or even with someone else. I highly recommend Angela for anyone selling or buying a home at any price. She is absolutely and amazingly talented.

I’ve bought one and sold three houses (4 sales) with Angela. Having worked with several other realtors as well I can absolutely say she is the best you’ll find out there. In fact, after our last sale together when I left the area, she helped me deal with an incompetent realtor I was working with to purchase my next home. Angela probably saved me $40,000 on a sale she wasn’t even involved with! She is an expert at staging your house to get it sold fast. She’s super knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate process. I have such complete faith in her I actually moved away before my last house in the area was sold and I let Angela handle the process basically on her own. You won’t find a better realtor than Angela.

Not enough good things to say... Angela assisted us in buying this home as first time home buyers and 7 years later she was back by our side to sell it. Angela is so incredibly knowledgeable and her ability to fully explain and walk us through step by step was incredible. Jeff is an amazing realtor and comes highly recommended! He was very knowledgeable of the area, especially with purchasing foreclosures, and patient with us as we visited many, many houses. Jeff was always quick to respond and flexible with our busy schedule. To top it off Jeff is an extremely personable guy and always down for a good laugh (we looked at many foreclosed houses together and you never knew what you were going to walk into!) Working with Jeff was easy. He helped me to determine the price for my home that I was selling and gave me tips to make my house more attractive to buyers. He also made it easy to approve showings. He gave me advice on all aspects of selling my home. When it was near to closing he helped me to get whatever I needed to provide for the closing. I would highly recommend Jeff for a realtor. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, he always had time to take my calls an answer my questions no matter the time of day. I valued his advice and he helped me out a lot with understanding the home buying process. He helped us close on our condo in three weeks time and during that time he always checked in on us and made sure we were on track. i highly recommend using his services. Also, he referred us to a great real estate broker an a lawyer as well. He surrounds himself with great people and my girlfriend and I could not be happier that we went with him.
