Tim Smith is a great realtor who has extensive knowledge of the Denver metro area. He was always sending new and current listings promptly and would follow up on which properties I would like to view. He was great at reviewing and explaining all of the real estate and loan documents, and always brought up any concerns he had. He was also a great help in finding and scheduling an inspector.
