Greg was incredible helpful throughout the home search and home buying process. He provided insightful knowledge about each neighborhood and informed us about the flaws and benefits of each home we looked at. Once it came time to close on our new house, Greg delayed his vacation by a day so he could attend our closing and help with moving items that the previous owner left at the house. Overall Greg was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way.

Angelica is wonderful to work with! She is always well prepared and on top of things throughout the new home search and buying process. I have had the pleasure of working with her two times in finding exactly what I needed! My first experience working with Angelica, I was a first-time buyer, and she took the time to explain everything to me, even though I had SO many questions, she was always patient and willing to answer and explain everything or jump on a quick call to make sure I understood. She was willing to work around my extremely busy schedule and we would often have texts, emails, or calls outside of normal business hours. I feel like Angelica really listened and took into consideration what I was looking for in a new home and made sure my list of criteria was on the homes we looked at. While looking at places we would talk through any pros and cons and what I felt most comfortable with. Angelica is very knowledgeable on what to look for and consider in a neighborhood and in a home. Additionally, she was always great at communicating with me and keeping me informed of potential new options that came up during the week that we added to our list of places to go see in person on the weekends. And after making an offer and going under contract she made the purchase process and all the paperwork and to-do items a breeze! Keeping everything organized and on track for a smooth closing. Angelica always kept me informed of what was going on and what I needed to do and when. Her ability to communicate and coordinate with the other professionals involved (Sellers Agent, Lender, Title Company, Inspector, etc.) was also so appreciated. And… Angelica makes the process fun and less stressful!!! I looked forward to looking at new places and sorting through the options with her as a guide.
