First time buyer here! I came to meet Ryan through family members referring him to me after they met him at an open house. I am on a very limited budget, That didn't concern Ryan. He worked with me to find many possibilities within my budget, then set me up with a great online portal where he could add listings as they became available. I simple had to look daily to come up with my favorites then we started touring. Ryan's availability was amazing! We looked on weekends and evenings due to my limited schedule. No problem for Ryan! I'm not sure he actually takes ANY time off! We even did my final walk through on a Sunday! Being a first time buyer I could not have asked for a better realtor. He walked me through every step at every stage of the entire process and explains and communicates with such professionalism, truly knows how to treat his clients. Ryan has contacts for everything. Ryan set me up with a great mortgage broker that also I could not be happier with. Made the whole financial side of the process a breeze. Ryan also has a great coordination team behind him keeping on top of each step and date as the approach so nothing is missed possibly affecting the chances of your losing that home. His home inspection team is second to none, so detailed and professional. All issues were fixed promptly showing his communication with the listing agent was excellent. I have worked with Susie Smylie for almost seven years. She managed my rental property in Anthem Ranch. It was a very stress less experience. When I decided to sell I was thrilled that she could help; me out. The entire process of selling was seamless. There was nothing I needed to do except sign the list contract and the sales document. My home was on the market for a day. She had a woman who supervised the relationship of the everything that closes the deal . IE the title company, taxes , homeowners, dates of the inspection the appraisal etc.. She kept me posted every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. Susie lined up any repair work, quotes, cleaning and carpet cleaning people. She also had any remaining furniture and items that I didn't want removed. The house looked like new before closing. I would highly recommend her for any type of real estate transaction!
