My experience with Suzie has been nothing but stellar. She has sold 2 houses for us and they both sold within 1 week. Both I thought would be hard sells, but she came in, advised us what we needed to do and gave us her recommendation for sale price; the first home sold in 4 days and the 2nd home sold in 2 days. Amazing! Suzie also took as much time that we needed to find homes to purchase. She went above and beyond to get us set up for showings and worked diligently with the other agents to get contracts signed, inspections done and closings set up. She made herself available to us any time we had questions. When it came time to negotiate price, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, Mr. Castleman always kept us informed on how the back and forth negotiations were going.
