SUZIE DUFF

My experience with Suzie has been nothing but stellar. She has sold 2 houses for us and they both sold within 1 week. Both I thought would be hard sells, but she came in, advised us what we needed to do and gave us her recommendation for sale price; the first home sold in 4 days and the 2nd home sold in 2 days. Amazing! Suzie also took as much time that we needed to find homes to purchase. She went above and beyond to get us set up for showings and worked diligently with the other agents to get contracts signed, inspections done and closings set up. She made herself available to us any time we had questions. She also recommended anyone we needed for repairs, inspection, etc. Suzie has been the best agent and I would highly recommend her to others. She works hard to buy and sell your home.

Suzie Duff was a true professional on all counts in the sale of our condo. Suzie took our calls promptly. Suzi gave us pros and cons with respect to doing some minor updates to our condo. Suzie promptly shared feedback after each showing. Suzie guided us in turning of utilities at time of sale.

Suzie was diligent and persistent in her efforts to sell our condo in a lackluster real estate market; she made the closing easy for all sellers, including those in remote locations; and she went the extra mile to find information on previous sales.
