We found Pam by pure chance while casually looking for homes online. Pam graciously agreed to show us houses even when we weren’t certain we would buy/sell. Ultimately, she found us the dream home that we didn’t even know we wanted. She did this by listening intently to our wants and needs. She got to know us personally and sought a deep understanding of what we were actually looking for. Her knowledge, expertise and hustle are the only reasons we were able to buy our home. I truly believe that the deal would not have panned out if we were represented by anyone other than Pam. She worked tirelessly for us and was always available to answer our questions and ensure she was representing us to the best of her ability. When it came time to sell our previous home, Pam gently, but confidently, outlined what we needed to do to ready the house for the market. Her knowledge of the market allowed her to pin point exactly what investments we needed to make to ensure we get a high selling price.
