I cannot say enough wonderful things about Raman. This was my husband and my first home buying experience and Raman couldn't have been more helpful. Trust was built almost immediately through communication and the insane amount of knowledge he has. He helped guide us and narrow down what we were looking for, was patient, always kept in touch, and gave us solid advice through the entire process. He was there for us whenever we needed, for example there were several weeks where we'd reach out to him with a handful of homes we'd want to see and he'd look into them, give us feedback, and set up going to see them within days. Raman guided us as we walked through homes and was with us every step of the way after we put in an offer, for all the walk-throughs and then some. He also helped us get the best possible deal on the house we eventually ended up purchasing (and knowing to ask for things in our offer that we didn't even know to consider, like all closing costs included). I wouldn't hesitate recommending Raman for a second, in fact we already have to some friends! He's an agent we deeply trust, is fun, extremely knowledgable, friendly, and we will definitely use him again for any home buying needs. He's also become a friend!

Moving from out of state can be a frustrating challenging experience. We started our search with trepidation- Phil was overtly accommodating and patience as we looked at 13 houses over a two day period. Once we found the house we wanted Phil helped with the negotiation, as well as the entire process to close, even representing us during the house inspection, and when the house needed a plumber -Phil was there finding us a plumber and working with him as they fixed the few issues (what agent does that????). End of day, I could not have found a better agent to help us through the buying experience. 10/10 5* Job!
