Rachelle was wonderful from start to finish. We looked at several places and bought a house quickly and Rachelle was so helpful in streamlining the process so it wasn't as overwhelming as it could have been. We are so thankful we found her as our agent!

Landon never wavered in his professionalism and motivation, helping us to sell a property that presented many tumultuous challenges. He went out of his way more times than I can count to get this property sold. You will not regret working with Landon. He is a very good human on top of being very hardworking and trustworthy.

I was impressed with Jen's patience and energy helping us navigate real estate in an unfamiliar market from a distance. She zeroed in on what we were looking for and went the extra mile (literally & figuratively) to help us figure out where we were most interested in settling over a pretty broad area. During the purchase process she was helpful and thorough. Very helpful beginning to end.

We were buying from out-of-state - Dustin got us a last-minute tour of the house we were interested in (apparently not an easy thing to get at this property), and guided us through the offer / counter-offer process expertly. It was very helpful for my stress levels to know that Dustin could answer all my questions and was keeping me fully updated on whatever next steps I needed to take. He definitely helped the out-of-state buying process go more smoothly than I expected it to!

We were assigned Angie from our relocation company and were lucky to have her! She was the best to work with. She is knowledgeable, hard working and kind. She got the house we wanted for the price we wanted! We will use her again for the sale of our house. She was a joy to work with!

We had an excellent experience with j Jen as she assisted us in relocating to CO. We had a large geographical area that we were willing to explore from Ft Collins to Colorado Springs. She and her partner Jeanne know Colorado, patiently showing us homes throughout the area while we narrowed down our search. As they got to know our preferences I fully trusted Jenn to find homes that would meet our needs. As out of state buyers we needed to be able to depend on her to screen homes for us which she did through video tours. She was outstandingly organized when it came to making offers and moving through the closing process. I would highly recommend Jen for her experience and expertise in finding your right home in Colorado

Our move to Colorado was riddle with obstacles, mostly dealing with the selling of our house in another state. Angie could have easily just lent an ear to hear us vent and left it at that, but Angie gave us guidance in what questions to ask and what to expect. A night and day difference in professionalism and dedication. If we ever sell or buy again, Angie will be our agent.
