Nick was very good at figuring out the best listing price to make my house competitive. He used his team to help me stage my house including a in depth cleaning, and managed to get pictures and drone footage done and up within a couple of days. The entire process of selling my house and buying a new one was made so much easier because of Nick. Once he understood my needs he found two new build areas for me to focus on. I hadn't planned on selling until the spring but the stars aligned and the perfect new house was available. Nick managed to get my house sold and closed on same day as I purchased my new house all between Thanksgiving and 12/20/24. Amazing work.

Landon is the kind of realtor that everyone wants in a home search. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, past trends and current analytics, and this really helped us hone in on areas and properties that were good deals and positioned to hold their value for years to come. Most realtors will just ask what you want and feed you an automated list as if it were a hand curated selection, but Landon took the time to understand how we felt about road noise, neighborhoods, commute times, and architectural styles. He was never hesitant to give his opinion or point out something we hadn't noticed, and this helped us find and lock in the home of our dreams at the very best price. Landon was deft at the negotiating table with the sellers, and highly communicative when coordinating all the admin that goes into buying a home. We were very happy to use his contractor, insurance, and title company referrals, all of whom were top notch, fairly priced and service driven. We did our homework and got competitive quotes against all of them, but they each gave us the best deal from the start. If you've found Landon, consider yourself lucky. He goes above and beyond and is super personable to work with. One of the best agent experiences we've ever had.
