Susie is very well known in this area for her knowledge of the ins and outs of selling or buying a house in this area. She is not only knowledgeable, she is a warm and caring person. My mom was selling her home and moving to an independent living facility. At 90 years old this was overwhelming for her and Susie did a wonderful job of smoothing out the hard work of changing residence. She kept us informed of all the things that were necessary to make this transaction happen and her friendly and comfortable demeanor was always reassuring. When it came time to make an offer she helped us with comparable sales to set a price to offer.
